Dale Stamp joined the Company in 1986 as a Broker Associate. In 1988, the Company changed from the Herber Company to Quantum Commercial Group, Inc., and consisted of only two real estate brokers. Dale became the broker/owner of Quantum in 1990 and the company growth began. On May 18, 1998, Quantum Commercial Group, Inc. officially announced its affiliation with the Grubb & Ellis Company. With the announcement of the affiliation, Quantum Commercial Group, Inc. also underwent a name change to become Grubb & Ellis|Quantum Commercial Group.
