Candace Seaton has been a commercial real estate broker in Colorado Springs since 1983, having been with the Fredrick Ross Company, Trammell Crow, and Coldwell Banker Commercial prior to joining Grubb & Ellis in 2003. She has worked in all areas of commercial real estate including office leasing and sales, investment sales, industrial, office showroom and retail. She has been a top production broker all of her career. For the last 12 years she has specialized in Investment Sales (primarily Retail Centers and Multi Family), Land Sales, and Retail. She is an expert in the details of lease and contract negotiation and investor relations.
EDUCATION
Candace received a Bachelor of Science Degree from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and went on to receive her MBA from the University of Colorado in Boulder, with a specialty in Finance.
