CAREER SUMMARY
Beginning at Schuck Commercial Brokerage in 1985, Susan has worked in Colorado, Arizona and Tennessee. Joining Grubb & Ellis in June of 2006, Susan continues her career as an Office/Investment and Office Condo/ Investment specialist.
EXPERIENCE
Susan’s focus has encompassed Industrial properties sales and leasing, Class A & B Office leasing and Class A Office and Office Condo sales. Susan provides a full range of services to clients including identification of improved and unimproved properties and financial analysis for lease and purchase transactions. Over the last 5 years, she has provided services for national, regional and local companies including Progressive Insurance, and numerous local medical and dental clients. Current clients include Pueblo Bank & Trust, Mountain View Medical Group, and National American University. Susan accomplished the first Class A office building sale in 2 years the Briargate Business Campus in the 1st quarter 2010. In addition, she has completed several medical and general office user transactions which includes a 13,000 square foot medical lease in the Briargate Business Campus in the 3rd quarter of 2010.
EDUCATION
- While earning a Bachelors Degree in Biology from the University of Colorado, Susan held the offices of Student Senator at Large and Director of Finance as well as Student Activities Program Director for the university.
